Turquoise Star Hoops

An open star outline built from turquoise blue seed beads alternating with clear glass beads, giving a bumpy scalloped edge. Each star hangs flat from a gold-tone hook and is light enough to sway. The two stars are hand-shaped so the points vary a little.
